vivo has shared fresh official details about its upcoming V70 series, confirming color options and camera sensor specifications for the V70 and V70 Elite smartphones.
On January 30, 2026, vivo announced the expected price range and several core specifications of the V70 lineup, revealing that at least one model would arrive in a Passion Red color finish. The brand has now confirmed the full color lineup for both devices.
vivo V70 and V70 Elite Color Options
The standard V70 will be offered in two color variants, while the V70 Elite will launch with three color choices:
Passion Red – available on both models
Lemon Yellow – exclusive to the vivo V70
Sand Beige – exclusive to the vivo V70 Elite
Authentic Black – exclusive to the vivo V70 Elite
Camera Sensors Officially Confirmed
vivo has also revealed key camera hardware details. Both smartphones will feature a 50MP ZEISS Night Telephoto Camera, which uses the Sony IMX882 sensor.
The 50MP primary camera, co-engineered with ZEISS, will be powered by the Sony IMX766 sensor, promising improved low-light performance and enhanced image clarity.
Performance and Chipset Details
vivo has already confirmed that the V70 will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor. Meanwhile, the more premium V70 Elite will pack the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, targeting flagship-level performance.
Launch Timeline and Expected Pricing
While vivo has not officially announced the launch date of the V70 series, the company has confirmed that both smartphones will be priced under ₹50,000 in India. Based on current information, the vivo V70 and V70 Elite are expected to debut in the Indian market between February 16 and February 19, 2026.
