Oppo K15 Turbo Pro specs leak, launch expected soon

Oppo K15 Turbo Pro specs leak: Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 Chipset and Display Details

In April, Oppo introduced the Oppo K13 Turbo lineup in China, featuring the Dimensity 8450-powered K13 Turbo and the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4-driven K13 Turbo Pro. Now, fresh leaks from a reliable tipster, Digital Chat Station, have revealed early details about the upcoming Oppo K15 Turbo series.

According to the leak, Oppo’s next Turbo lineup may be branded as the K15 Turbo and K15 Turbo Pro, though there’s still some uncertainty. Some Chinese smartphone makers often skip the number “4” due to cultural beliefs, but since Oppo released the Reno 14 series without skipping, it remains unclear whether the next model will be named K14 Turbo or K15 Turbo.

The Oppo K15 Turbo series is tipped to sport a 6.5x-inch display, slightly smaller than the 6.67-inch OLED panel used in the predecessor. While chipset details for the standard K15 Turbo remain unknown, the K15 Turbo Pro is reportedly being tested with Qualcomm’s next-gen Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 (SM8845) processor.

Early performance benchmarks suggest the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 achieves a 3.4 million score on AnTuTu, slightly ahead of the Snapdragon 8 Elite’s 3.3 million. Built on TSMC’s advanced N3P process, the chipset promises better efficiency, improved thermal control, and a 2+6 Oryon CPU architecture.

As for the launch, Oppo has not confirmed a release window. If the brand maintains its six-month upgrade cycle, the Oppo K15 Turbo series could debut in November 2025. However, if Oppo follows a yearly cycle, the lineup may not arrive until April 2026.

For now, leaks suggest the Oppo K15 Turbo Pro will focus on performance and next-gen hardware, positioning it as a strong contender in the upper mid-range smartphone market.
